I was recently given the opportunity to review a few issues of Natural Child World Magazine and I’m excited to offer one of you a free subscription! As a mother who strives to live a healthy, green, organic life and raise my daughter to do the same, this magazine was a perfect fit. I don’t know about you, but when I’m shopping at the store I get frustrated at seeing the same obnoxious celebrities on the cover of gossip magazines. Over it. If it’s not that, then it’s a fashion magazine telling me the top 10 ways to please my man in the bedroom. Please. In the sea of teeny bopper, muscle head and bridal mags, you might find a few healthy living selections. However, what I have trouble finding is a magazine that contains light-hearted, fun articles, as well as informative ones, that us “organic” and “green” parents can relate to. That’s what Natural Child World offers…and more!
It reminds me of Mothering and Pathways magazine, with just a little more of a mainstream, modern feel. What struck me most about Natural Child World is the content variety, the beautiful photography, and the ads. Yes, the ads! The magazine features eco-friendly, sustainable and organic toys, baby gear, baby products, and my favorite, children’s clothing! You don’t get exposed to these great brands in mainstream media. Natural Child World has even added The Shop, where you can purchase anything from nursery furniture to jewelry for mom.
With articles and personal stories that cover topics such as breastfeeding, health & well-being, fashion, fatherhood and even recipes, there’s a little something for the whole family.
